Often recognized for his portraying the ever-comedic Mr. Bean, it’s quite surprising to know that Rowan Atkinson also has a master’s degree in Electrical Engineering. It goes to show that just about anyone can possess a sense of humor. Besides portraying the gibberish-speaking Bean, Atkinson has also gained recognition for his work on Four Weddings and a Funeral, The Lion King, and the Johnny English movies.

Another interesting fact about the actor would undoubtedly be his love for all things related to vehicles. In fact, over the years, he has owned more than a few cars, such as an Aston Martin V8 Vantage, a Honda NSX, and a 1939 BMW 328. Among his gallery of beauties, perhaps the most known would be his McLaren F1, which can reach a top speed of 240mph. After years of owning it, however, Atkinson finally bade his farewells to the F1 back in 2015, selling it for an astounding £8 million – that’s approximately $11 million!
