Jada Pinkett-Smith
Jada Pinkett-Smith first graced our television screens in the 1990s, most notably with her role as Lena James in A Different World. Prior to starting her acting career, she enrolled in University of North Carolina School of the Arts but did not earn her degree and dropped out after a year. She met her future husband Will Smith in 1994. They got married three years later and have two kids.
Aside from her acting career, Pinkett-Smith is an accomplished businesswoman. She established a music company named 100% Woman Productions and a clothing line called Maja. She also invested in a beauty line called Carol’s Daughter. In 2004, she published the children’s book Girls Hold Up This World. Pinkett-Smith is also a musician, having formed the band Wicked Wisdom in 2002. Since 2018, she has hosted the web series Red Table Talk with her mother and her daughter Willow.
